Before anything else, take a breath.

Breathe in slowly as the circle grows, hold for a moment, then breathe out as it softens. There's no rush on this page.

About your therapist

A grounded, person-centred approach.

I work integratively, drawing on person-centred and CBT approaches depending on what suits you, because no two people need the same thing from therapy.

Sessions are 50 minutes, weekly or fortnightly, in person or online. The first step is always a free, no-obligation conversation to see if we're a good fit.

Send a message and I'll get back to you within one working day to arrange a time.

Everything you share is confidential, in line with professional guidelines, with the standard exceptions around safeguarding and serious risk of harm, which I'll always explain before we begin.

If you are in crisis or at risk, please call 999 or Samaritans free on 116 123.

Please don't include anything you'd rather say in person; a line or two is plenty. I'll only use your details to reply to you. Your message is emailed to Stillwater Counselling (demo) and is not stored on this website.
